Shipping Policy
Processing Time: 2 - 5 Days
Domestic Shipping (Australia): 3 - 8 Business Days
International Shipping: 2 - 3 Weeks
Estimated shipping time frame will be shown in checkout which is based on your delivery location. Please double check your address before placing order as changes won't be possible after the 2-5 processing time to make the order.
A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of placing your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If for any reason there will be a significant delay for your order, we will contact you via email!
Once your order has been made and shipped out, another follow up email will be sent with tracking number and shipping date confirmations! Zalyvia Nails is not responsible for any customs clearance and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all fees that my occur once the order has reached its location.
Refund Policy
Please note due to hygiene reasons, refunds are not accepted if the incorrect size is ordered or change of mind occurs.
If the product arrives damaged or if you recieve the wrong item, please reach out to us via email at zalyvianails@gmail.com.
To be Eligible for a return, your product MUST meet the criteria:
- The item must be in the exact same condition as when you recieved it.
- Has to be unused, with all the tool kit items still intact.
- Still in the original packaging.
- Provide the Reciept or Proof of Purchase.
Refund will be processed within 14 days of recieving the returned package in the original condition. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US.
